I love: books, slow running, cups of tea, cats, music, making crappy water colour paintings, journalling, the ocean, creative writing, gym sessions, almond croissants, and a morning cup of coffee.
Over the past few years I've been thinking a lot about social media and my relationship with it (and my phone). I've been stepping away from social media on-and-off over the years, and I've journalled often about how it impacts my mental health and my thoughts on today's algorithms and endless scrolling. I created this site as a way to share my life and interests on my own terms, away from all of the things I hate about the big social platforms.
